COST - for each night

The accommodation required is a minimum of 3 nights and maximum of 30 days renewable.

Our prices are VAT exempt and include:

. Welcome fruit basket, chocolate candy

. Cleaning and linen change once a week 1

. Water, electricity and gas

. Heating and air conditioning

. Satellite TV system

. Unlimited WIFI Internet

. Permission to transit and parking within the zone ZTL

Check in are carried out from 9.00 to 23.00. Monday to Friday.

Check out must be made within 10.00.

To check in and check-out at other times or holidays, or in case of delay by the customer, there is a surcharge of € 30.
